Follow up on every quote without thinking about it

You send the quote. Then the week gets busy, and nobody follows up. A month later you find out they went with someone else.

A follow-up sequence takes that off your plate. Each open quote gets a short, friendly message on set days. It says what the quote was for so the customer doesn't have to dig. It stops when they reply, book or say no.

Most quoting and invoicing apps can do some of this already. We start there. AI can draft a reply when the customer has a question, and you approve it before it goes.

You'll also see which quotes you win and lose, so you know your close rate.

Common questions

Won't follow-ups annoy people?

Not if they're short, useful and stop when the customer answers. We set those stop rules with you.

How many follow-ups should a quote get?

It depends on your jobs. We pick the days with you and change them if they're not working.

Does AI send the messages?

The set follow-ups are templates. AI only drafts replies, and a person approves them.
